Despite the fact that quilters today have yards of fabric and stacks and stacks of fat quarters and pre-cuts, quilting, at its very soul, is a craft that was built on making use of what innovative seamstresses had on hand. Quilts were made by the frugal with food sacks, worn clothing, and scraps of fabrics they consciously saved. With each design, quilters will hearken back to a time when women purposefully held onto even the smallest textile knowing they'd have a place for it in a future project.
Quilter's Guide to Repuposing, with 15 projects, enables quilters to use their own special repurposed fabrics simply and easily to recreate each pattern.
