About Author:
Dr Amruta has a degree in anesthesiology, a gold medalist, with an additional diploma in critical care.Over the past 12 years she has been practicing anaesthesia and dedicated herself to intensive care.
Having worked in metros and chance to work abroad destiny brought her to a tier II city where she developed the first corporate format ICU set-up with the help of her mentor. COVID was another life turning experience, having headed 50 bedded well equipped COVID centre with almost 3000+ admissions, it gained the trust locally as it recorded lowest mortality in entire region.
With passion for social work, she is a part of Sevasadan NGO working relentlessly in health, girl child education, environmental conservation, women empowerment for last 10 years.
Avid reader, good taste in music and a wanderer, she desires to develop a centre for palliative care in the near future to help all the debilitated patients with chronic disease
