This is a compelling story of a young boy who is a victim of the Felony Murder ruling and proposition 21. He was sentenced to 25 years to life for looking into a window. There was no real evidence against him and he was the least culpable but received a much harsher sentence then the older juvenile with him, punished to the highest degree for having integrity. This is truly an American tragedy affecting many lost boy's, the cruelty and injustice needs recognition and reform.
