Welcome to Poetry for Bears! Poetry for Bears is the sequel to the unprecedentedly successful and critically acclaimed book Poetry for Foxes. Fret not if you missed that first fantastic entry into this series however; this is poetry and as such does not need the previous book for context. In fact any given poem in either book can be read independently and stand up on naught but the sheer unadulterated strength of its god like writing and wisdom.
Within this book you will find four hundred poems evenly divided into eight different topics. Each and every poem is eight lines long and contains within it wisdom that would make any of the wise men of history or kings of the old world boil with jealousy. Unlike the previous book I shall not be holding your hand and explaining what each section is themed around however. Everything in this book has multiple meanings and it is up to you to find those meanings for yourself.
Lastly I would like to thank you for your wise decision to purchase this book and inform you of a final inspiration behind its content. Whereas Poetry for Foxes was themed around fall and slipping into the dark, Poetry for Bears is strictly within the winter and so submerged in darkness. If you desire to read happier poetry, I would recommend waiting until spring.
