Sandra Gould was born in 1967 and grew up in Hampshire, before marrying and moving to Dorset. The marriage ended and she found herself alone with two small children. She remarried and moved to Wiltshire, having another child, she has 2 sons and 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. She has worked in the addiction field for 11 years and has a good knowledge and understanding of mental health. Her second marriage ended and with the demands of work and life, she had a breakdown last year and moved to Devon with her son and began writing. She now works with young adults with learning disabilities and also a convenience store in Dawlish Warren. She and her sons are big fans of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Sandra is well today and continues to write, many of her poems are written from the heart.
