Plato As A Mystic is a book written by Rudolf Steiner that explores the mystical aspects of Plato's philosophy. Steiner argues that Plato was not just a philosopher, but also a mystic who had direct spiritual experiences. The book delves into the idea that Plato's philosophy was based on a deeper understanding of the spiritual world, and that his famous allegories and dialogues were actually tools for spiritual development. Steiner also examines the influence of Pythagoreanism on Plato's thought, and how Plato's ideas have influenced Western philosophy and spirituality. This book is a must-read for anyone interested in the intersection of philosophy and mysticism, and for those who want to deepen their understanding of Plato's enduring legacy.THIS 36 PAGE ARTICLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BOOK: Christianity as Mystical Fact and the Mysteries of Antiquity, by Rudolf Steiner.
