Pencil and Eraser - A Beautiful Story on Friendship, Patience, and Caring
During the quiet evenings of the COVID lockdown, Reji Jacob, whose imagination could bring even the simplest characters to life, began sharing bedtime stories with his children - stories they absolutely loved. Among them was a simple yet profound tale about two unlikely friends: a Pencil and an Eraser.
As the Pencil draws and makes errors, the Eraser patiently wipes them away so the Pencil can try again - a beautiful picture of friendship, patience, and caring. Perfect for bedtime reading, Pencil and Eraser is a timeless story that celebrates kindness, encouragement, and the quiet strength of love.
Pencil loves to draw and dream big.
Eraser gently cleans mistakes and gives new chances.
Though they are different, they discover they are better together - creating masterpieces one stroke and one second chance at a time.
This story teaches kids:
✅ Friendship means helping, not competing
✅ Mistakes are part of learning
✅ We all have unique gifts
✅ Kindness and forgiveness make relationships strong
Perfect for ages 3-8, this story encourages teamwork, grace, creativity, and the joy of working with friends.
A delightful addition to classrooms, homeschools, and bedtime shelves.
