The body of Christ in our day is quite diverse. Sincere believers, even in the same church do not always agree on the interpretation of Biblical passages. What one believer practices freely, another may find offensive. These differences are not new. This same diversity existed in the church of the first century. The apostle Paul recognized this diversity in the church of Rome and in Romans 14-15 he offers some suggestions in how to pursue and live in harmony with brothers and sisters with different opinions. Paul's advice in this passage is applicable to the church of our day as well. In this study we will examine Romans 14-15 to see what the apostle taught the Romans about dealing with diversity in the church of Christ.
