An editor's desk is nothing like any other desk, such as those of businesspeople or professionals. It is a non-place, almost mystical, certainly magical, where you encounter a harmonious normally chaotic orderly disorder, a world made up of infinite worlds (...). This book brings together, in a somewhat disordered order, some of the articles I have written over the last five years. Just like my desk, it often contains food for thought, comments and responses on a variety of topics, but with a common thread: the mind and heart of the person who wrote them. I simply put everything together. Then I discarded, corrected, cut and put it all back together. I believe that the task of those who choose an intellectual profession permeates every aspect of their lives and the things they do, and consists precisely in this: reading reality, asking questions, metabolising everything and giving it back to the world with different interpretations that can serve as stimuli for further reflection.
