The members of the Indiana State Bar Association met at the Country Club, Indianapolis, Indiana, at 10:00 o'clock a. m., on Wednesday, July 9, 1919t and were called to order by the president of the association, Ernest R. Keith, Esq. President Keith: The members of the Indiana State Bar Association will please come to order and the twentythird annual meeting of the association will be in session. The first order of business is the reading of the minutes of the last meeting. Secretary Batchelor: Mr. President, the minutes of the last meeting have been printed in book form, and distributed to all the members, and I, therefore, move you that the reading of the minutes be dispensed with. President Keith: Will that be taken by consent? If there is no objection, the record will so show. We will next receive the report of the Committee on Admission of Members--Mr. Stevenson, chairman.
