President Kenney: We will now hear the report of the Committee on Relations of the National Electric Light Association by Mr. Gadsby, Chairman. Mr. G. M. Gadsby (West End Power Company, Pittsburgh). REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON RELATIONS WITH COMMERCIAL SECTION, N. E. L. A. Committee comprised of: G. M. Gadsby, Chairman, to co-operate with Power Sales Bureau. J. M. McClure, to co-operate with Publicity and Advertising Bureau. W. H. Wade, to co-operate with Lighting Sales Bureau. Miles Carey, to co-operate with Merchandising Bureau. The Commercial Section of the National Electric Light Association in organizing its work for the year 1919-1920 adopted a new policy of co-operation with the Geographic Sections. The work of the Commercial Section is divided into four bureaus as follows: Power Sales Bureau; Publicity and Advertising Bureau; Lighting Sales Bureau; Merchandising Bureau. The work of each of these bureaus is done through an Executive Committee on which is a representative from each of the Geographic Sections. The work of our own Association was quite late in getting under way, and the appointment of our representatives on these various bureaus was made too late to enable them to take part in all of the work of their respective...
