The Princess Elopes is a novel written by American author Harold Mac Grath and originally published in 1905. The story is set in the fictional kingdom of Graustark, where Princess Yetive is being forced into an arranged marriage with Prince Lorenz of Axphain. Together, they embark on a dangerous journey through the mountains of Graustark, pursued by Prince Lorenz and his army. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and challenges, including treacherous terrain, hostile locals, and unexpected alliances.As they struggle to evade capture, Yetive and Beverly must also confront their own feelings for each other and decide whether their love is worth risking everything for.
