Moses grew up with a lot of information concerning the ill treatment of the Egyptians against the children of Israel. He did not settle the foundational bondage of anger before going into deliverance of his people and as a result, he entered into trouble. God told Moses to climb the mountain, see the land, but not get into the land (Deuteronomy 4:21-26; 34:4-6). Moses prayed to God to be allowed into the Promised Land, but God turned his prayer down.
