A obra utiliza uma metodologia diferente dos tradicionais manuais de Direito Constitucional. Em vez de partir da exposição doutrinária para somente depois apresentar questões, ela utiliza as próprias provas de concursos como instrumento de leitura e compreensão da Constituição.
Ao longo do texto constitucional, junto a cada artigo, parágrafo, inciso ou alÃnea, são inseridas assertivas extraÃdas de questões aplicadas pelas bancas CEBRASPE, FCC, FGV e VUNESP, permitindo ao leitor visualizar imediatamente como aquele conteúdo foi explorado em prova.
A edição encontra-se atualizada até a Emenda Constitucional n 139/2026.
São mais de 1.500 assertivas extraÃdas de concursos públicos realizados em 2026, sistematizadas de acordo com o dispositivo constitucional correspondente.
Com isso, a Constituição passa a funcionar como um verdadeiro mapa de incidência das provas. Durante a leitura, o candidato consegue identificar:
