This book is an unfiltered story of healing, rediscovering SELF worth and lost self expression. This book contains collection of prose and poetry describing the struggle and transformation I have experienced as a survivor of narcissistic abuse. This book is unfiltered, vulnerable and real example of my life when the usual daily choices meant a fight often between peace and war within myself. The story is made of 7 small chapters broken containing variety of poems, each reflecting on particular time of my journey The main character K is the version of me who I used to hate, wishing that one day, she will break FREE.She did. The journey was filled with fear, anxiety and inability to put into words the feelings that surfaced. The transformation was unexpected, rocky and completely unpredictable - so is any change in your life The aim of this book is to inspire, educate and encourage unfiltered, unapologetic self expression, a wonderful tool in the never ending healing The healing that brings joy, freedom and a new found sense of self
