From the author: I want to spread joy and laughter around the world while highlighting the importance of letting go-an essential lesson for both children and adults. Too often, we carry pain, trauma, anger, sadness, and other difficult emotions. These feelings are natural to experience but not something we should hold on to, as it's like lugging around a heavy bag of bricks all day. The quickest way to feel better is simply to let go.
