The Pilgrim's Progress is a Christian allegory written by John Bunyan in the 17th century. The book is divided into two parts, each telling the story of a different journey. The first part follows the journey of Christian, a man burdened by his sins, as he travels from the City of Destruction to the Celestial City. Along the way, he faces numerous challenges and temptations, but ultimately finds salvation and eternal life.The second part of the book follows the journey of Christian's wife, Christiana, and their children as they also make their way to the Celestial City.
