From the #1 Amazon Bestselling Author comes a story inspired by the U.S. Army's psychic spy program, Stargate.
For two decades, the Army trained special agents in remote viewing, a form of clairvoyance. With Russia at the forefront of paranormal research, the United States government wasn't about to be left behind and funneled more than twenty million dollars into the top secret program.
Hidden among the landscape of Fort Meade and inside the walls of a wooden structure, the remote viewing labs trained soldiers to be psychic spies under a cloak of secrecy and a signed oath. If the oath was broken, the soldier could face up to $10,000 in fines and a possible prison sentence. But in 1995 during the Clinton Administration, Stargate was shut down. Now twenty years later, a new story emerges.
Meet Sergeant Major Seth Phoenix. He's spent his entire life guarding a secret, but when a terrorist attack at Fort Bragg threatens the lives of himself and two of his closest friends, he risks it all and uses his supernatural powers of telekinesis.
When General Monroe witnesses the event, he has Phoenix transported to Fort Meade where the sergeant major is introduced to the clandestine Stargate Program. But a mole leaks Phoenix's identity to Russia, and Seth must find the spy and stop one of the biggest Al Qaeda attacks in history.
Sergeant Major Seth Phoenix is a fictional character, but the locations and scientific research in the story are real and designed to give an authentic view of what the original remote viewers may have experienced during the program's peak time in operation.

- Note from the author: Seth Phoenix and his rank as a sergeant major is not meant to represent the personality or character of any real life military personnel. The research for The Phoenix Series involved more than two years of interviews with military personnel, consultations, travel time, and hands-on demonstrations with tactical gear and artillery. It is my hope that you enjoy The Phoenix Series as much as I enjoyed the research. Although I consider this series to be one of my most challenging projects, it was also an unforgettable experience and a fascinating subject. This series is dedicated to the United States Military and all national and local law enforcement agencies protecting our homeland.
Just remember, in the end and by direct orders of the CIA, this never happened...
