Not illustrated. 1920 Excerpt: ...Extensive plans have been completed for our annual spring house party which begins on the last day of examinations. Numerous alumni have signified their intentions to be present either for the entire party or for the formal dance on March 19. The chapter entertained its friends on the afternoon of Washington's Birthday and on Friday evening, March 5, with informal dances held at the house. On February 27, Fonda and Hastings tendered the chapter a dance which was well attended and enjoyed by all. The pool table has been recovered and new cushions have been put on. This fact is leading us to believe that we will soon develop a few Hoppe's in our midst. The expense was defraved bv Brother H. L. Fonda of Milton. Brothers Waddell and Bell of the varsity basketball team have reported that they were royally entertained at the chapter houses of Syracuse, Cornell, and Colgate. Waddell has been appointed acting captain of the basketball team for the remainder of the season. Bucknell's final game is with Lehigh on March 13. This game marks WaddelFs last appearance for Bucknell on the basketball floor. His floor work and shooting has been little short of phenomenal during the entire season. In most of the games Waddell has garnered the majority of the points both from the foul line and from the floor. His work in the Temple game was commented upon extensively by all the Philadelphia sporting writers. It is the opinion of all that Waddell is the best all-around athlete that has played for Bucknell for many years. We are pleased to announce that C. A. Zellar, '21, was one of the two men elected by the student body to represent Bucknell at the Student Volunteer's Convention held at Huntingdon, Pa.
