As I traverse the most exhilarating adventure of life on the path of self-realization, I realize that much of it has been about 'un'learning. It is about having to let go of known ideas and thoughts.
Too often we cling to the comfort of the known, in material as well as spiritual life. However, true progress, I have learned through personal experiences, is actually a process of unlearning!

As strange as it may seem, much of the journey on the spiritual life is about understanding the paradox of creation and realizing creation verily rests within oneself; and about trying to escape duality, to realize that it is verily that which allows one to understand non-duality! It is about arriving at the ultimate realization, that what one has been searching for, has existed within oneself all along!
