Subjects range from childhood fun, to encouragement for those coping with various forms of cancer, to reflections on life, Then and Now. Several poems reflect collaborations between Linda, a print media artist, and paint media artists associated with Breakwater Gallery in Cape Vincent. Cover photo conveys that sense of wonder engendered by the place of danger that writers call their happy place. Any writer could sit on that bench and write, oblivious to the waters rising around them. The photo was taken in Cape Vincent during the 2017 flooding of the St. Lawrence River environs.
