I don't know how you got this book. It's intended for kids and yet it's not the kind of thing a normal parent or teacher would serve up to a kid. It's been approved by teachers, editors, and all, but they wholly agree that it pushes far into the darkest boundaries of what you should be allowed to see or even think.
