Instructions for parents - How to play this reading game?
Dear parents,
Did you have an imaginary friend when you were little?
Maybe it was a mermaid or an elephant. Wouldn't it be great if your child could have a fun learning friend like that too?
We know a young, curious dragon who likes fun-with-phonics and would love a human pen pal like your child.
Every so often, your son or daughter will receive a letter containing one of Ozzy's fun, learn-to-read games - sent just to them!
MEET OZZY the DRAGON! HERE'S HOW:
1. To begin Ozzy's learn to read games for kids 5-7, build the magical mailbox together (templates included).
2. Secretly cut Ozzy's first letter from the booklet and place it inside the magical mailbox.
3. Deliver new letters from Ozzy every two or three days.
4. Watch the magic unfold as your child reads, Ozzy's letters independently.
CONGRATULATIONS: now your child has a new dragon PEN PAL!
WHY OZZY'S SO SPECIAL:

★ NOT just a book! This INTERACTIVE GAME offers playing/reading for MONTHS
★ EASY interactive reading books for kindergarten and grade 1 with short exciting stories, logic riddles, art projects and even recipes
★ Designed by a team of educators at the PERFECT READING LEVEL for emergent readers, for daily reading comprehension for grades k-1, includes fun phonics and worksheets for K-1

IS THIS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?
Ozzy's Mailbox is designed for young readers who understand phonics, and know some words by sight but still find easy readers difficult. Children between 5 and 7 with a DRA Reading Assessment Level between 5 and 10 should be able to read Ozzy's letters independently. By reading the letters without help, your child will build confidence and learn that reading can be a lot of fun.
