Many want to grow. Fewer fingers are raised when the same people actually want to change. We cannot grow if everything remains it is. If I want to move, I have to leave my current home and with it everything that binds me to moving. That's what you feel. There is the pain, the fear, the unrest... of the action of the safe, the known. There's also the appeal of the new, which we wanted to go to.

To grow is to go somewhere. Standing at the foot of the mountain and admiring the top of the mountain with your binoculars will not make you grow. You stay down, but you don't step. You will never reach your goal that way.

Growing is about getting out of your comfort zone and into something new. Without that step no growth is possible.
