Ever since I discovered I had a son a year ago, he's become my world. My sole focus has been on him and proving that I can be the father he deserves. I certainly don't have time for a relationship. But the guy who works at the café intrigues me. Under that polite smile and customer service friendliness, there's a storm brewing behind those brown eyes, and I'm desperate to know the real Aiden. As hard as I try, I can't seem to get him out of my head.
So when my son takes matters into his own hands and tries to set Aiden and I up, of course I can't say no. But Aiden is hiding secrets on top of secrets, and his walls have walls so thick, I'm not sure if I can break them. Aiden makes me want to try though. All I want to do is give Aiden a safe place to land, if he'll let me. And then something happens that changes everything, and I must make a decision. Fight for Aiden with everything I have or let him go. I've never been very good at letting things go, though, and Aiden's worth risking it all for.
