The OM System OM-5 Mark II is compact, weather-sealed, and full of useful creative tools-but for many new owners, the challenge is knowing where those tools are, what they do, and when to use them.
Inside, you'll find guidance for setting up the camera, understanding the mode dial, using the CP button, working with the color-coded menu system, choosing autofocus modes, adjusting exposure, selecting image quality settings, and preparing the camera for both photos and video.

- Use P, A, S, M, Scene, Art, Bulb/Live Time, and Custom C1-C4 modes
- Understand the 121-point autofocus system, AF areas, Face & Eye detection, focus peaking, and Starry Sky AF
- Work with RAW, JPEG, Picture Modes, white balance, noise reduction, gradation, and color settings
- Use 5-axis image stabilization, Sync IS, High Res Shot, Live ND, Live Composite, Focus Stacking, and Pro Capture
- Set up 4K video, Full HD high-speed recording, stabilization, audio options, vertical video, and recording indicators
- Pair the camera with the OM System app for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, remote shooting, GPS tagging, and file transfer
- Review images, process RAW files in-camera, manage playback options, choose lenses, clean the sensor, and solve common problems
