The Old Catholic Missal and Ritual is a book that was prepared specifically for English-speaking congregations of Old Catholics who are in communion with the ancient Catholic Archiepiscopal See of Utrecht. It was written by Arnold Harris Mathew and was published in 1909. The book contains a collection of prayers, rituals, and other liturgical texts that are meant to be used during Catholic Mass. It is written in English, which makes it accessible to English-speaking congregations who may not be fluent in Latin or other traditional languages used in Catholic liturgy. The Old Catholic Missal and Ritual is a valuable resource for those who are interested in the history and practices of the Old Catholic Church. It provides insight into the unique traditions and beliefs of this branch of Catholicism and offers guidance on how to conduct Mass in a way that is consistent with Old Catholic doctrine. Overall, this book is an important contribution to the literature on Old Catholicism and is a must-read for anyone interested in this fascinating branch of the Catholic Church. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
