When Cian catches Lyra in the act, the game changes. He doesn't execute her. Instead, he reveals a deadly secret: a Parasite Shadow has attached itself to him, eating his soul from the inside out. And Lyra's scissors are the only tool sharp enough to cut it free.
Forced into a dark pact, the thief and the stitcher must work together. But as Lyra cuts into the darkness clinging to Cian, she discovers that the line between the monster and the man is as thin as the thread that binds them.
