This book is an instruction manual which, although written with the author's children in mind, can be applied in practice by anyone. It gives clear and concise guidelines and instructions on how to achieve high grades at school and then leads the person through to maturity, along the way introducing new theories and suggestions which may help them, if applied correctly and rigorously adhered to.
