Just a few short months have elapsed since that cold day in January when Carl Marsden and Cindy Phelps teamed up at the Chesterbrook precinct but much has changed. Together they must discern the totality of the situation and then decide how far they are willing to go and how much they are willing to risk for the sake of electoral integrity.
