This book is the second in the series It's Not a Chore It's Evolution. It's a continuation of the channeled messages the writer has received from her Guides. These passages assist the reader with the process of personal development and spiritual evolution. It touches upon the concept of feeling like you are being put into a box due to the constraints and limitations of outside forces trying to dictate how you should live your life. It helps walk the reader through the understanding and awareness that those are just perspectives, expectations, and guidelines. Following them is a choice not an obligation.
This book provides insights to help the reader to question those limitations and move into a place of taking back control of their lives and where they want to go next. You don't have to adhere to anything that is trying to shrink you to be something you are not. This is your opportunity to break free and live that bigger life you deserve. You just need to dismantle the box to set yourself free.
Whose life achievements are you striving for? Are they your own? Ask the questions and see where they come from. You don't need to prove you could have had the life you never really wanted. How many have followed that path into misery and lost themselves and are starting over? What might work for some does not work for all. Don't sell yourself short trying to fit into a box when you are already bigger than what that can contain. Don't shrink to fit into a mold that is not yours.
