My name is Elijah Farmer. I am a 19 year old aspiring filmmaker, straight out of film school at Radio Recording Film Connection Institute. Ever since I was a young kid, I have always wanted to be a filmmaker and a creator. I wanted to make my imagination a reality. Growing up, I lived much of my life inside my imagination because the world outside of it often felt like a disaster. I had a rough childhood, and my imagination along with my love for film inspired me to become a filmmaker. This book is about memories from my childhood that inspired my dream and how I continue to chase that dream. I have ADHD, and I was bullied in school. I grew up in a small town called Litchfield, Illinois, a place where people usually don't make it out or accomplish their dreams. It's a town in the middle of nowhere, 45 minutes from St. Louis and five hours from Chicago, often passed by along historic Route 66.
