Haunted by visions of a drowning woman, Lance Elette searches the reopened investigation into the untimely death of Hollywood actress Natalie Wood. He realizes that she is the woman in and of his dreams and, with spiritual guidance from a friend, discovers that their connection may be from a past life. But a former life is not his concern; Lance wants to save Natalie and allow her to live her life fully. And so begins his journey through time.
Lance's quantum physicist friend is perfecting a prototype for time transport (a feat that has not escaped the attention of a rogue CIA agent). After much persuasion, Lance's friend agrees to let him travel back to Catalina Island, where Natalie mysteriously drowned off the shore of Isthmus Cove. Lance gets hired on the crew of the movie star's boat and sets sail on an adventure across multiple timelines, pursued by the agent and pursuing a chance to rescue the woman he loves.
Author Jeff Snyder has extensively researched Natalie Wood's life and offers readers a rare glimpse into her radiance. This is a wild adventure through time, which proves to be as dangerous and fluid as the sea that drowned this beloved star.
