A Narrative Of The Material Facts In Relation To The Building Of The Two Greek Frigates is a historical account written by Alexander Contostavlos in 1826. The book describes the construction of two Greek frigates during the Greek War of Independence against the Ottoman Empire. Contostavlos, who was a naval architect and engineer, provides a detailed description of the design, construction, and launch of the frigates. He also discusses the challenges faced during the building process, including lack of funding and resources, as well as the political and military context of the time. The book is a valuable source of information for those interested in naval history, shipbuilding, and the Greek War of Independence. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
