Namaste Noah

Namaste Noah is a beautifully illustrated children's book that introduces yoga and meditation. As Noah wakes up, he is surprised by his friends from the Ark who guide him to step into nature for a mindful moment of yoga. Little does he know, they are helping to prepare his mind and body for stillness and silence. He goes back inside and gets comfy in his living room where he's guided in a meditation by his mom. This makes Noah feel happy, calm, and ready for the day!
