There are many different activities, occupations, hobbies. Some bring solid profits, material benefits and pleasures, while others bring joy to the soul. And rarely do they coincide with each other. Most often, on the contrary. One has to pay for the joy of the soul with material goods, reducing the pleasures of the body, to which rarely anyone agrees. Such joys of the soul, in particular, include poetic creativity. It has fallen into disgrace especially in our difficult times, when spirituality has become unappreciated.
But the heart cannot be ordered, and the soul cannot be tamed. Gusts of the soul, like explosions, destroy all the barriers on their way and spill out, covering the entire consciousness, mind and heart of the creator, depriving him of peace and sleep. A truly unearthly obsession. You lose the sense of time, space and yourself. You are no longer just flesh in a shell, but something much greater and more significant. You are in another world and you create. And what appears as a result of creation is a part of the other world, the unearthly world of good and kindness.
And whenever my life is difficult, I take a volume of poetry in my hands and read it. And all the mundane things go away. And I sail away on the waves of rhymed lines to the fairyland, to the world of feelings of the soul.
How poems are created, what the poet feels in the process of creation is presented in small poems of this collection. I tried to look into myself, when I nurtured and gave birth to poems. And what I saw there, you will find out by reading my poems.
