Do you have that yearning desire in you to do something big that could potentially change the direction of your life? Have you found yourself constantly taking steps toward that goal or dream but hit a roadblock that sets you back? How about when the people who can't see your vision or dream-like your dream offer words of discouragement to distract you from your goal? This book talks about a black young man whose background fit the stereotypical Black family (i.e., raised by a single parent with no husband or father present in the household, low- to middle income, food stamps, free or reduced school lunch plan, a recipient of federal college aid) avoids some of life's obstacles through wisdom, observance, and failure. Everything you have probably experienced, I have as well and this book takes you through glimpses of my life, my failures, and my overall success in real estate. This is not a how to become rich in real estate guide but how to become rich in principles and foundation. I am giving it to you raw and uncut. It will be humorous, relatable, factual, and shows some humility as well.
