MY LIFE WITH MR. BEELZEBUB, in addition to being a penetrating study of Gurdjieff's opus, is the story of one man's immersion into the tales of BEELZEBUB and how this gave a direction to his life and brought him into the Work. Mesa presents us first with his life lessons and leanings, and then demonstrate in penetrating detail, how he was able to apply all that he had learned from this book. In personalizing his study in this way, he reveals his growth of self as the result of plumbing the depths in BEELSEBUB'S TALES, through which he came to understand himself in accordance with the objective truths and governing laws of our life on Earth. And this of course was Gurdjieff's intention: that the material of one's life becomes the food for the transubstantiation of one's Being. From the Foreword by David Kherdian Author of ON A SPACESHIP WITH BEELZEBUB: BY A GRANDSON OF GURDJIEFF.
