When I first caught the bug for woodworking and building wood projects, I wasn't very happy with the plans I found online. The projects were either too complex for a beginner, or too simple for my taste (who really needs another spice rack?). I wanted something in between, projects that are easy to build, but also practical and useful. I never found the plans I wanted, so I decided to design my own.
