Murder on the Midnight Express

When Jewell Pearson, her five daughters, and Jadabear, board a midnight train to start fresh in New York City, they never expect their journey to include a dead body.

But when an investigative journalist, Isabella Cruz collapses in the café car-poisoned moments before exposing a devastating secret-their trip becomes a race against time.

Trapped by a raging blizzard with a killer prowling the aisles, the Pearsons unravel a web of deception involving a stolen Caribbean necklace and multimillion-dollar fraud. The suspects? A slick lawyer with everything to lose. A jittery appraiser hiding something. A desperate influencer. Even the professor supposedly protecting the jewels.

With an unexpected alliance with an off-duty NYPD detective who makes Jewell's heart race, they must unmask the murderer-or become the next victims.
