Ryan is not ready for the changes at work. His small firm had been merged with the city's giant marketing firm Forward. He was part of the staff that would be staying and working with the new company. That meant that Ryan was going to get a new partner. It wouldn't have been so bad if Will was a little nicer. He was high-strung and a perfectionist, the complete opposite of Ryan's laid-back ways. At first, Ryan thinks Will is just too into drama. He is rude and truthfully, hard to get along with.
