Morty the Monster is a playful and imaginative story about a monster that makes a nuisance of himself by scaring a young boy. Together, with his family, Jonathan thinks of a plan to confront their resident monster and teach him a lesson. Morty's story is a reminder that sometimes what we are truly meant to be can be hidden under lots of layers. In an effort to feel important, monsters, and yes, even people - can hide behind a scary appearance or a growl. Follow along to see if Morty changes his ways to become part of this loving family, or chooses to stay a scary monster and face the consequences. Being nice and behaving well may not seem life fun at first, but it just might have big rewards! Perhaps Morty's story will remind you of someone you know, or used to, many moons ago. Bonus: Instructions for playing the Neighborhood Boo Game and a We've Been Boo'd cut-out hanger included.
