About the Book Mommy, Let's Meditate is a heartwarming children's book that introduces young readers to mindfulness, meditation, and the special bond between Mommy and her daughter, Noa. As bedtime approaches, Mommy tucks Noa into bed, but Noa isn't quite ready to sleep. Later, Noa peeks into her mom's room and sees Mommy sitting peacefully, meditating. Curious and eager to be like her mom, Noa tries to meditate on her own but quickly realizes it's more challenging than she thought! The next morning, she tells Mommy about her attempt to sit still like a bunny rabbit. With love and patience, Mommy teaches Noa how to meditate, showing her how to breathe deeply and connect with her inner peace. Through simple, playful language and relatable moments, Mommy, Let's Meditate gently introduces children to meditation as a way to calm their minds and manage their emotions. Noa learns that meditation is about sitting still, breathing, and spending quiet time with God. The story emphasizes patience, love, and self-discovery, making it a perfect tool for parents who want to introduce mindfulness to their children. With its soothing narrative and a touching connection between Mommy and Noa, this book is ideal for bedtime reading or creating peaceful moments together.
