This Izzy Short Story, 'Missing on Hatteras Island' is a jam packed, page turner! Isabella and her husband Kent take their daughter, Little Izzy, and their dog, Ethel the Pug on a vacation to Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks of NC. The very first day of the trip a mishap strikes that leaves the rest of the family completely devastated. Although there are some rough spots for this family; it is a surprisingly light and a humorous read. Beach lovers and Pug Lovers, as well as all dog lovers, will enjoy this story since Ethel the Pug adds more than just a bark to the story line. You will enjoy touches of humor along with tears, as the broken family try to put the pieces of the lives back together again.Creatively written this short story takes your mind on a journey. From beginning to end it kept me guessing as to what would happen next.
