Dear You, You may not realize this, but you are holding sacred pieces of my soul in your hands. I confess I'm somewhat nervous & afraid to be so open, to peel the layers of my heart aside for you. Each page of this book is a part of the past four years of my life-my loves, heartaches & mistakes, my fears & joys, insights & observations & my search for the Divine. I need you to understand something important: I did this for you. I want to be your unspoken voice, the courageous one who speaks the universal language of the unsayable with a quaver & a yell. I know that life is sometimes unbearable & that love is not always what you wish it would be. Change is often difficult. Growth can be painful. But I also know that we can get through this. That we will arrive on the other side intact & stronger. That everything will be washed clean & beautiful after the storms, if we give hope-& ourselves-a chance. I have written down my experience for you. I think that we are all essentially the same in that we all search for equilibrium, happiness & meaning. I hope I have given you a voice. Love & light.
