This book was started when I was in a very dark place mentally. I had just gotten out of an abusive relationship that resulted in me losing my daughter. I ended up with PTSD, severe depression and anxiety. Middle of May ended up turning into a walk through of my mindsets as I transitioned and grew from bad to good to better through my outlet of poetry. At the end is a guide for self-care and upward growth with some tips and things that help me personally keep my mind on track. Thank you for supporting my growth and forward movement.
