Before partition of Bengal, Kiriti Chatterjee went on a mission for kidnapping a virgin girl and marrying her to be his wife. When he brought the kidnapped girl home and untied her hands, feet and mouth, Kiriti came to know that the girl was indeed a Muslim housewife.
