Mentally Scattered: Stunning New Contemporary Poetry Anthology Healing the Soul A contemporary poetry book that explores themes of reality, hope, grief, mental health, emotions, healing and imagery to influence anyone struggling with mental health or grief by profound experiences. The poetry turns reality into emotive poems through self-discovery & how the power of poetry can resonate with readers. I hope you find comfort in reading my poetry as it heals a part of your mentality while you fantasise some sparkle of normality with the words out of a beautiful tragedy. An anthology that will be cherished by all that pick up a copy, Nx Rumi's evocative poems have been written as a cathartic balm for all those struggling with and needing mental healing.
Written as a restorative mechanism following the death of her father, and striking a chord with all those for whom grief and anxiety can be overwhelming, this new poet mesmerises with her short line verses that bolster and encourage readers to reflect upon what lies behind every word.
With evocatively named poems including Heartless Statue, Toxic and Shattered Smile, Mentally Scattered confirms Nx Rumi as a modern poet that not only excels at her craft, but one who appreciates the healing powers that verse can bring both an emotional and intellectual level.
