Lexis Zenobia was born in Wisconsin, raised amongst the Pines and Glacier hills of the Kettle Moraine Forest. She started writing poetry from the young age of eight years old. From age 20-30 she resided in two studios, each steps away from the sixth largest lake in the world, Lake Michigan. She began exploring North America by car to discover the vast land of the 50 states, eventually backpacking through Europe and South America to better explore a melting pot of cultures and natural medicine. Lexis has chosen to share her poetry as an unparalleled key to transport each reader to a place and moment in time. She writes about the merging of soul and spirit and the interconnection between Mother Earth and the wild animals that inhabit it.
