Upon entering the ranks of Management in 1990 and having little, if any Management experience, I asked the Lord to guide and direct me as to how to become the Manager He wanted me to become. The Lord continually led me to Mark 10:17-22. Here the Lord revealed 14 Characteristics that He possessed and demonstrated to the Rich Young Ruler. It was these same 14 Characteristics of Jesus for which He desired for me to possess within my own heart and life. This would begin the process of equipping me with His Characteristics within my own heart and life. This would ultimately help me to become the Manager He wanted me to become.
